Call Us from Your Computer
It is most convenient to make and receive calls from your web browser, however you will need working microphone and Java on your computer.
If calling from the browser does NOT work for you, then you can use one of the 3 remaining Voice Chat calling methods (which does NOT require microphone NOR Java).
3.1 Starting
Just click the "Dial" button on the Voice Chat page.
3.2 Outgoing Calls
After you clicked on the "Dial" button, you will see a dial pad.
If you have specified a destination number, Voice Chat will dial out to that number automatically for you, click the red "Hangup" button to end the call:
If you have NOT specified a destination number, Voice Chat will wait for you to enter a destination phone number, click the green "Call" to call out:
Normal Members can make calls to ANY phone numbers after logging in, the Public and Members on the free "One Click Contact" service can ONLY make calls to Free Phone Numbers.
3.3 Incoming Calls
If you have logged in (you are a Net2MAX Member), then you can receive phone calls on your computer when the dial-pad is openned ina browser window (also by clicking the "Dial" button on Vocie Chat page).
When a call comes, a ring tone will be played on the speakers, the a Yellow "Answer" button will appear. Click the Yellow "Answer" button to answer or the Red "Reject" button to reject the call.
3.4 During Calls
During the Call, you can use the 12 Blue "0 to 9, *, #" buttons to interact with any automated voice systems.
When you want to end the call, click the Red "Hangup" button.
3.5 Finishing
When you have finished with making and receiving calls using the dial-pad in the browser, close the dial-pad window by clicking on the Window Close button (normally a X in the upper right-hand corner of the window). Note this will close its parent Voice Chat browser window as well.

Call You on Your Phone
If you cannot use "Call Us from Your Computer" to call the Net2MAX Member, Net2MAX Members can call you on your preferred phone number instead. Your phone can be a Normal Phone or an Internet Phone.
4.1 Starting
You just enter your phone number on the Voice Chat page and it will call the Destination Phone Number first, if answered, it will then call your phone number and link the two phones together.
4.2 Finishing
Since this method calls and links up two phones independent of the computer, the phone call just ends when the parties hang up their phones.
4.3 Note
Free Members on the free "One Click Contact" service can ONLY make calls to Free Phone Numbers. Normal Members can make calls to ANY phone numbers if they choose to.
In order to reduce cost, some Normal Members will only enable calling to your phone number if your phone number is a Free Phone Number. If the phone number you entered is not free, then you will receive a notice telling you that the destination number does NOT allow calling back to a non-free number.
Some Normal Members (especially businesses) will enable calling to any phone number - even though you entered a non-free mobile or landline phone number (so they will be charged for calling you).
5
Call Us from Your Phone
If the Destination Phone Number does not "Call You on Your Phone", you can make a call to the destination phone number using your own phones.
5.1 Local Numbers
Net2MAX Members can aquire Local Phone Numbers in many cities around the world very easily, which gives you a good chance of calling the Member with the price of a local call.
Here the member's local numbers are listed for you to select one that is cheapest for you to call (normally the one that is closes to you).
5.2 Access Numbers
If the member does NOT have a local phone number near you, you can call her using Net2MAX's worldwide list of Access Numbers.
Simply dial into the Access Number cheapest for you, and then enter the destination phone number.
Note that some Members might restrict which Access Number they will receive calls from so you might not be able to call all Members' Destination Numbers from all Access Numbers.
6
Message Us from Your Computer
If you do not even have a phone, then you can just type in a text message and Voice Chat will ring the destination phone number and then play your text message out as a voice message.
Currently, only English and Chinese text messages will be read out.
