1 Introduction
The power of Net2MAX can be delivered on non-Net2MAX VoIP (Voice over IP) accounts very easily. Net2MAX is the ONLY internet phone platform in the world to allow integration of VoIP at the account level.
Most third-party VoIP accounts can be integrated seamlessly into Net2MAX, either by the members themselves or by their communities.
Net2MAX Members simply enter information about their third-party VoIP accounts (like SIP account) into the Net2MAX platform once, from then on, they can use those accounts as part of their One Click Contact operations.
Net2MAX Partners who have their own VoIP infrastructure can integrate their VoIP Accounts with the Net2MAX platform, by transferring calls to Net2MAX as required.
2 Member Integration
To integrate any 3rd party VoIP accounts into the Net2MAX plaform, the member simply enter the account information (user name, password, server name) into the Net2MAX.
Once Net2MAX accepted the account details, it will then login to 3rd party networks on behalf of the member. The 3rd party network still
VoIP Account Integration allows phone numbers and credit balances in third-party internet phone accounts to be used concurrently with Net2MAX's own Internet Phone accounts.
In fact, a large number of Internet Phone accounts can be integrated into Net2MAX, giving the Net2MAX Member the combined BEST of each Internet Phone account.
2.1 Member Outbound Integration
The Web Dialer function is reponsible for making outbound phone calls for the member's personal network.
The Net2MAX member can easily expand the power of Web Dialer to 3rd Party VoIP accounts.
Customers enter their 3rd party VoIP accounts into Net2MAX Platform using Web Interface.
2.2 Member Inbound Integration
3 Partner Integration
There are 2 ways of integrating 3rd party VoIP accounts into Web PABX.
3.1 Partner Outbound Integration
If the Net2MAX Partner has its own VoIP infrastructure then a siwtched based integration is preferred. The VoIP partner transfer calls to Net2MAX Platform using VoIP switching when required.
- Member's internet phone is registered to the Partner's SIP registrar and calls out via Partner's SIP Proxy
- Partner SIP Proxy transfer calls to Net2MAX SIP Proxy under two conditions
- The Partner decides on which call, based on destination number and member combination, should go to Net2MAX.
- The member put in a prefix in front of the phone number to indicate to the Partner to send the call to Net2MAX.
- Net2MAX SIP Proxy transfer calls to the member's Web Dialer for making calls to different destinations
Net2MAX Members can specify their own SIP or IAX server.
This allow members to connect themselves oo a NON Net2MAX SIP or IAX servers and yet still be able to receive and make calls to and from the Net2MAX Platform.
3.2 Partner Inbound Integration
If the Net2MAX Partner has its own VoIP infrastructure then a switch based integration is preferred. The VoIP partner transfer calls to Net2MAX Platform using VoIP switching when required.
- Calls from PSTN to the Member's DID are received by the Partner's SIP Gateway
- Partner's SIP Gateway passes the call to Net2MAX SIP Proxy
- Net2MAX SIP Proxy transfer calls to the member's Web PABX for handling of all incoming calls
- If required calls will be tarnsferred to the Partner's SIP Proxy
- Partner SIP Proxy send the call to the member's Internet Phone
4 3rd Party Integration
Net2MAX has a public phone number database at e164.name.
e164.name uses the worldwide standard ENUM protocol which most VoIP providers and devices support.
By adding e164.name into their ENUM search, any VoIP provider or device will have access to the full set of phone numbers on the Net2MAX Platform.
Anyway can read from the e164.name database but only Net2MAX members can update it.
