Base is up to 5 video boardcasts a month. You can increase that in lots of 5.
Each Baordcast allows up to 20 viewers at once. You can increase that in lots of 20.
Each boardcast should not run for more than 24 hours. You can increase that by maximum duration in 24 hour lots.
