1 Introduction
The easiest project management software in the world.
2 Project Sharing
While having your personal to-do list online may be cool, the power of storing tasks online really shines when the tasks and their status are shared between a few people.
Net2MAX Project Manager supports sharing of projects that the Member owns with other groups and individuals.
The public (does NOT have to be Net2MAX members) can get involved in the project easily through the web at anytime, just monitoring the projects passively or discussing them with the people responsible or directly contributing to finishing them.
An email (with username and password) will be sent to the public automatically when he or she has been put into the Project Manager or a member.
The member can give access to different people (fellow Net2MAX Members or the Public) different accesses rights to different projects.
3 Simple Projects
For simple projects, the member or the people that the member has given access to, simply log into the Member's Project Manager and define the project and associated task lists.
Each tasks list contains a list of tasks which can be assigned to an individual, has a due date and can be ordered according to priority with the task list.
Tasks associated with each project can be track by multiple parties, people involved in the project can see how many days are left before the due date or how many days that task is overdue by.
Automatic alerts can be sent to the relevant people when a task has been created for them.
4 Project Messages
When the parties involved in a task wants to discuss issues or to report progress or simply to provide more information about that specific task, they can attach messages to that milestone.
The messages can be text or web links or actual files. Different parties can then comment on the message as the project progresses. All comments are logged and can be used as references later on.
Messages are also useful for tracking the initial, developing and final specifications of the task.
5 Complex Projects
For complex projects, the Milestones can be added on top of the lists of tasks and messages. As the project progresses tasks and messages can be added to the milestones by all parties concerned.
Milestones have a project wide alert system and will notify everyone involved with that project when a milestone is coming up very soon, due today or overdue.
6 Automatic Logging
The Project Manager logs the time and person on every change made to a task, task list, milestone, message or file.
Allowing everyone to be full accountable for their actions.
