The estimated times are indications only, the accepted feature may be delayed or may not even be completed at all.

1. Upgrade to take advantage of Adobe Flash 9 specific features. Currently running Flash 8 compatibility mode in Flash 9 and Flash 10 clients.

We always like to learn about competitors in order to improve our own offering. The Online Conference team spent sometime looking at a high profile competitor in May-2009 and found the following problems:

1. Video Camera window cannot be resized
2. Lack fine grain control of Video Camera quality
3. No recording of Video Camera
4. Desktop Sharing requires user to download and then execute a .exe program
5. Desktop Sharing lack fine grain control
6. Some PDF formats cannot be displayed on the Whiteboard
7. Only one document can be shown on the Whiteboard at a time
