1 Introduction

Unlike other online services, the public (non-members) can use a lot of Net2MAX functionality WITHOUT joining Net2MAX. However, becoming a Net2MAX Member is FREE and does provide the member with more functionality that a public user. Even more features and resources are available through the payment of optional Monthly Fees and Transaction Fees.

1.1 Public Account

If you are a public (a non-member) you can use the One Click Contact Public Interface for free to contact Net2MAX members, you do NOT need to join the One Click Contact (1CC) service NOR pay any One Click Contact Charges.

However, joining is FREE, so invest a few seconds of your time and become a member to experience the increased privacy, productivity and creatively of having YOUR OWN communication environment.

1.2 Member Account

One Click Contact (1CC) is provided as a FREE service with enough features and resources for basic worldwide voice, text, image communications.

The charges listed here are for Net2MAX Members who want to access extra features and consume more resources than available in the 1CC service.

Please note the customer support terms and special conditions for Free 1CC accounts.

2 Extra Fees

Extra features and resources are available from each function if monthly fees or transaction fees are paid. Monthly Fees covers the usage of more stable resources like software feature or storage space, while Transaction Fees covers the usage of more dynamic resources like phone calls and payment collection.

For example, if you want to make calls to certain mobile phones, then you will need to purchase prepaid credit in which the charges for those calls will be deducted as transaction fee on a per call basis.

2.1 Monthly Fees

By paying a small monthly fee (about the price of a cup of coffee in your country), you can access and utilise extra features and resources on the Net2MAX Platform.

2.2 Transaction Fees

3 Charges Table

The following table lists out the features and resources available to the base 1CC account and the extra features and resources available if monthly and transaction fees are paid.

We need feedbacks from members and the general public (yes, that's you) on whether the limits listed in the table below are reasonable or adequate for their designed purposes above. Please post any comments in the Net2MAX Platform Forum under the function you are concerned with.

(3) Community with 100 - 999 monthly member.
(4) Community with 1000 or more monthly member.

Note the prices are provided by the Net2MAX Centre directly to Members and Communities, they are NOT the prices provided by the Community to their Members (which may be different).

6.2 Community Prices

The prices provided by the Net2MAX Centres are for the 1CC service, which is the most basic Net2MAX Service that ALL Net2MAX Communities built upon.

Individual Net2MAX Communities may develop their own Net2MAX service to have extra features, products and services based on the 1CC and charge a different Monthly Fee.

If you belong to a Net2MAX Community, you might be charge more or less than the Monthly Fee set by the Net2MAX Centre in your country, please refer to your Net2MAX Community for details.

7 Monthly Resources

As shown in the Resources Table above, each 1CC Monthly Member is allocated a certain amount of resources each month for each function for each Monthly Fee payment.

7.1 Resources Proportional to Fee

One Monthly Fee provides enough monthly resources for the daily personal communications of an individual.

When more resources is required than is available in a single Monthly Fee, entities like businesses, organisations and advanced individuals can acquire multiple times of the resources available to a single monthly fee by paying multiples times of the the Monthly Fee.

For example, one Monthly Fee includes ability to handle 6-party audio conferences. If the member wants to have a 10-party audio conference, then she will need to pay ANOTHER monthly fee to give her EXTRA 6-party audio conferencing ability. By paying double the monthly fee, that 1CC account received double the amount of the resources listed above.

Currently, Monthly Fees (and thus monthly resources) can be increased up to 5 times by the members themselves without special approval by the Net2MAX Centre.

7.2 Increases All Functions

Each extra payment of monthly fee increases the resources available to ALL functions.

Using the example above, paying double the monthly fee increases the audio conference capability from 6 to 12 party, but at the same time all resources for other functions also increased, so amongst all the increases to all the functions, the member will get 2 Gbyte of Media Gallery storage instead one 1 Gbyte.
