Net2MAX Limited has been leading the world in deploying breakthrough VoIP technologies (Net2MAX 1.0) since 1997. More than 10 years later, when everyone else finally realised that VoIP is a good thing, we lead once again by introducing Private Services to the Internet (Net2MAX 2.0) just like we introduced Voice Service to the Internet more than a decade earlier.
We have:

- the world's most advanced and complete multimedia switching infrastructure
- the world's most valuable and flexible community program

The Net2MAX Limited team has been involved in IP networking since 1994 and has been delivering VoIP technologies to Next Generation Telcos around the world since 1997.

[edit] 4 Net2MAX 1.0
All through the years, the Net2MAX team has continuely evolved our integrated IP based online service platform (called Net2MAX) to explore new business opportunities.
Our services mix has grown with the Net2MAX Platform, allowing us to continuously expand into additional new markets as the operating margins in mature markets drop.
The Net2MAX platform is NOT an new interesting piece of technology, it is stable business infrastructure that has been "battle tested" for more than 10 years.
Net2MAX 1.0 uses the domain name "oztralia.com". This is a reflection of the fact that Net2MAX technology was first deployed in Australia following the deregulation of its telecommunications industry on 1st July 1997.
On that same day, Net2MAX started providing its first Net2MAX Functions (Access Number and Internet Number) to the Internet Service Providers market (to increase their features) and Phone Card Providers markets (to reduce their costs), delivering one of the world's first commerical Voice over IP (VoIP) service supporting both Computer to Phone calls (using Microsoft NetMeeting) and Phone to Phone calls (using Vocaltec VoIP gateways).
The "oztralia.com" domain has been in used for most of Net2MAX's infrastructure since those early days. Through the years, a lot of Net2MAX users call themselves "OZtralians" although they are not located in Australia anymore.
The Net2MAX platform is NOT another VoIP offering, unlike followers who wake up one day and decided that they want to be in VoIP because it is "hot", we have been doing commercial VoIP for more than 10 years and are now moving to delivering much higher value to customers than ever before - Net2MAX 2.0 has arrived!

Net2MAX 2.0 provides superior Privacy, Simplicity, Efficiency, Profitability and Creativity by building on top of Net2MAX 1.0's proven core components like OZcontact and OZvoice.
The core Net2MAX 1.0 infrastructure has been running successfully since 1997, the Net2MAX 2.0 upgrade builds on that solid performance with the latest technologies available in 2007 and beyond. Estimated upgrade timeframes are available on the Net2MAX Functions page.
Along with brand new technologies, Net2MAX 2.0 comes with a brand new business model. In 2007, the Net2MAX team changes from a supplier of tools to Nextgen Telcos (with Net2MAX 1.0) to a supplier of tools to Nextgen Communities (with Net2MAX 2.0).

[edit] 5.1 Complete Platform
Although Net2MAX technologies have been available to advanced Nextgen Telcos and Communication Consultants for years (they have been delivering superior solutions to their customers based on individual Net2MAX components), those technologies were never available as a complete platform. Net2MAX 2.0 delivers those technologies as a complete platform for the first time.
Instead of offering large numbers of different communication tools and components, Net2MAX Limited will focus on delivery ONLY this single platform as a whole from 2007 onwards.
With Net2MAX 2.0's single platform approach, normal user communities will be able to design and deploy their own Net2MAX services based on the complete platform - just like Nextgen Telcos - but at much low costs and in much shorter timeframes.
[edit] 5.2 Simple Relationship
Unlike Net2MAX 1.0 deployments (which are available under different brands as widely different online services with different prices from large numbers of different providers), Net2MAX 2.0 is available only through Net2MAX Communities with the support of the Net2MAX Centre in each country.
Net2MAX Communities combines all the different distribution schemes in Net2MAX 1.0 (Partners, Whoelsalers, Resellers, Developers etc.) into a single worldwide distribution and support scheme.
Net2MAX 2.0 has:
- A single core set of Net2MAX 2.0 pricing for each country.
- A single core set of Net2MAX 2.0 service for each country.
From 2007, Net2MAX will focus on providing the SAME set of offerings to all Net2MAX Communities, so everyone can take advantage of any improvements made to the platform. It is now up to the Communities to customise their unique services themselves, using the same Net2MAX tools.
[edit] 5.3 Resource Based Charges
With Net2MAX 2.0, 20 different monthly subscription fees are now combined into 1 single monthly subscription fee under One Click Contact.
Net2MAX 1.0 charges are based on functionality. The charges are calculated using the number of Net2MAX Functions that a member has subscribe to, basically the more things a member wants to do, the more functions a member has to subscribe to and the monthly fee is more expensive.
Net2MAX 2.0 charges are based on resources consumed. The member has access to ALL the Net2MAX Functions by paying the One Click Contact Charges. Charges now increase as the volume increases, so a business will pay more than an individual since it will take up more resources.
[edit] 5.4 Verified User Operation
Net2MAX 2.0 requires all members be automatically verified by a lot of other parameters besides passwords (like location, IP address, phone number etc.). This make it more secure for both the members and the people dealing with the members. Of course the member can choose to be anonymous when dealing with the public and not disclose their identity, but they must identify themselves to Net2MAX. There are plenty of "no questions asked" platforms out there, Net2MAX is not one of them.
