1 Introduction

You can register with Net2MAX using:

  1. Your phone (by calling in or SMS in)
  2. Your computer (by supplying your credit card number or phone number or sub-account number)


For you convenience, you will be given an OPTION to make payment into your new Net2MAX account as part of the registration process.


1.1 Optional Payment

Towards the end of the registration process you will be given the opportunity to make payment to the Net2MAX Centre responsible for your country, this is OPTIONAL and is NOT necessary in most cases (especially if you are trying out the Net2MAX technology for the first time).

However, if you would like to make use of extra features IMMEDIATELY after your registration, like making and receiving phone calls on external (mobile or landline) networks, then you should supply either a Cash Card Number or Credit Card details during the registration process.

If you are making optional payment by Credit Card

  1. The country of your credit card's issuing bank MUST match the country of the phone number you are registering.
  2. The credit card supplied must belong to you (your name is on the credit card as its holder).
  3. The card must be valid (not blacklisted nor expired) and have enough funds in it.

If you are making optional payment by Cash Card

  1. The country of your cash card's issuing Net2MAX Centre MUST match the country of the phone number you are registering.
  2. Any cash card that is used, expired or issued by inactive members will be rejected.
  3. You will automatically be put into the SAME Net2MAX Community as the member who generated the cash card for you.


2 Phone Registration

It takes only a few seconds to either make a call or send an sms to one of Net2MAX's list of worldwide phone numbers, and you can start using the 1CC immediately afterwards.

Call
  1. Ring 138813
    (if you are outside Australia, ring one of our Worldwide Access Numbers).
  2. Enter 1 to select English
    Enter 1# to contact registration system
  3. Note down your assigned password.
SMS
  1. SMS the single digit  1  to 0410311070
    (if you are outside Australia, SMS to one of our Worldwide SMS Numbers).
  2. Receive a return SMS from us
    (only if registration successful).
  3. Note down your assigned password.

Note:

  1. you can only register your own mobile or landline phone (you are NOT allowed to use someone else's phone).
  2. you must turn on Caller Display for this call so we can see the phone number you are calling from.
  3. you do NOT need to enter your phone number at any stage, the number in your Caller Display will be registered.

2.1 Register by Calling

You can join Net2MAX instantly by calling into any Net2MAX access phone numbers from your existing phone number.

Steps:

  1. Dial into one of the phone numbers on the Worldwide Access Number List using your own phone.
        Example:
            138813     (the Australia wide National Access Number)
  2. Select Language
        Example:
            1     (select English as language)
  3. Enter 1# as the phone number to contact
        Example:
            1#     (destination number for joining Net2MAX)
  4. You have now dialled into the phone number registration system, just follow the voice prompts to complete your registration process. Please click on the diagram on the right to get the detailed call flow (to get a clear view of the diagram, expand it to original full resolution without letting your browser shrink it.)


Optional Cash Card Payment

If you have elected to make the OPTIONAL payment and have ALREADY been given a cash card by a Net2MAX Member, enter the cash card number followed by the hash key when prompted (as indicated by the Call Flow diagram above).

Example:

where:
1234567890123456 is the cash card number

Cash Card numbers are like instant cash, they should be kept secret until they are entered into the system. They should never be stored unsecured, destroy any unsecured records (like emails, instant messages and SMS).


Optional Credit Card Payment

If you have elected to make the OPTIONAL payment and select to do so with your Credit Card, enter your Credit Card details followed by the hash key when prompted (as indicated by the Call Flow diagram above).

Example:

0208#

where:
1234567890123456 is your credit card number
0208 is the expiry month
123 is the card verification value


2.2 Register by SMS

You can join Net2MAX instantly by sending an SMS to any Net2MAX SMS phone numbers from your existing phone number. The SMS message you sent MUST begin with the single digit ONE  1  followed OPTIONALLY by cash card or credit card details.

Steps:

  1. Send a text message to one of the SMS numbers on the Worldwide SMS Number List using the phone with the phone number that you want to register.
        Example (Australia wide SMS Number):
            0410311070
  2. The text message must start with the single digit ONE  1  OPTIONALLY followed by a Cash Card number or a Credit Card number.
        Example (1CC number same as mobile number):
            1
  3. Receive your phone number and the associated password back by SMS.
        Example:
            Your 85262801029 / 87468257 Agree with http://net2max.com before use.
    There will be NO SMS reply if your registration is NOT successful.


Optional Cash Card Payment

If you have elected to make the OPTIONAL payment and have ALREADY been given a cash card by a Net2MAX Member, after the 1 command, put a space and then put the cash card number.

Example:
Send the text message:
1 1234567890123456
where:
1234567890123456 is your cash card number

Optional Credit Card Payment

If you have elected to make the OPTIONAL payment and select to do so with your Credit Card, after the 1 command, put a space and then put the credit card number followed by the expiry date and card verification value separated by dash (-).

Example:
Send the text message:

where:
1234567890123456 is your credit card number
0208 is the expiry month
123 is the card verification value


3 Computer Registration

This "Registering using the Computer" section is currently under construction, please ignore this section for now.

If you do NOT have a phone number or you prefer alternative methods of registration, then you can register through the web at https://www.net2max.com/register

It takes only a minute or so to supply your personal details and one of the followings:

  1. your credit card number.
  2. your phone number.
  3. the sub-account registration number given to you by a Net2MAX member.

and you can start using the Universal Number immediately afterwards.

Credit Card
  1. Go to https://register.net2max.com
  2. Select "1. Your Credit Card Number"
  3. Enter your credit card number
  4. Click "Continue" button
  5. Follow on screen instructions
Phone Number
  1. Go to https://register.net2max.com
  2. Select "2. Your Phone Number"
  3. Enter your phone number
  4. Click "Continue" button
  5. Follow on screen instructions
Sub-Account
  1. Go to https://register.net2max.com
  2. Select "3. Your Sub-Account Number"
  3. Enter your sub-account number
  4. Click "Continue" button
  5. Follow on screen instructions

Note:

  1. you must have Sun Java enabled on your computer for running Java applets from the "net2max.com" domain.
  2. you can only register your own credit card (you are NOT allowed to use someone else's credit card).
  3. you can only register using Sub-Account given to you by the member with owns the main account (you are NOT allowed to use someone's Sub-Account without consent).
  4. your computer must be in the same country as where the credit card is originally issued.
  5. your computer must be in the same country as your phone number's.
  6. your computer must be in the same country as where the the Sub-Account is originally created.


3.1 Register by Credit Card

  1. Go to https://www.net2max.com/register
  2. select 1. Your Credit Card Number.
  3. enter your credit card number and click on Continue.
  4. pls enter your credit card details and personal details, and click on Join.
  5. the system will charge on your credit card not more than $1 for verification purpose.
  6. pls check your credit card statment on the charge and come back here to complete it.
  7. enter your credit card number again and click Continue.
  8. pls enter the charged amount here e.g. 0.27 for $0.27.
  9. if correct, the system will return the account inforamtion to you including the account login password.
  10. pls beware that the account will be removed if not activated in 14 days after your first registration.


Credit Card Test Charge

When you register on the web using your credit card number, we will need to verify that it is really your credit, that is you have access to its online statement.

A random small amount (varies depending on your Net2MAX Centre but in Australia it is less than $1) will be charged, to make sure that you have access to your credit card statements online. Once you have checked your statement, please come back to the Net2MAX Registration site and enter you credit card number and that random amount. Your PIN number will be issues once the random amount matched.


3.2 Register by Phone Number

You can use the method mentioned on 2. Phone Registration (direct phone registration)

OR

  1. goto https://www.net2max.com/register
  2. select 2. Your Phone Number.
  3. enter your phone number including country code and area code, and click on Continue.
  4. enter your personal details and select the reply method, and then click on Join.
  5. you should receive the reply from either phone or SMS for the account login password.
  6. pls beware that the account will be removed if not activated in 14 days after your first registration.


3.3 Register by Sub-Account

You can join Net2MAX by using the Sub-Account Registration Number:

  1. goto https://www.net2max.com/register
  2. select 3. Your Sub-Account Registration Number.
  3. enter the sub-account number and click on Continue.
  4. enter the password and your personal details, and then click on Join.
  5. if correct, the system will return the account information to you including the account login password.
  6. pls beware that the account will be removed if not activated in 14 days after your first registration.

Changing Your Universal Number

After a successful registration, you should receive an Universal Number and an associated Password.

Initially, your Universal Number has been set to be the SAME as your registered phone number.
If you would like to use a DIFFERENT phone number as your Universal Number (say to protect your privacy) please login to the Net2MAX web page with your Universal Number and CHANGE your Universal number to something else.
