1.1 Preferences

Functions:
  • You can set up your Time Zone
  • Changing password

2 Email Folders

Contact Manager comes with it own full function email server. Supporting standards like SMTP, POP and IMAP.

2.1 Drag and Drop SPAM Training

Drag and drop SPAM training allows almost any email client (Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Web Mail, Mobile Devices etc.) to manage SPAM easily.

All SPAM are classified by the Contact Manager and put into the "Spam" folder automatically. In rare cases, the system will make a mistake which will require training from you so it can learn and improve:

  1. If you find any SPAM outside the "Spam" folder (say in your Inbox), you just drag it into the "Train-Spam" folder.
  2. If you find any good email (called HAM) inside the "Spam" folder, you just drag it into the "Train-Ham" folder.

The system will learn from those 2 training folders and afterwards will automatically move the HAM emails from the "Train-Ham" folder to the "Ham" folder and move the SPAM emails from the "Train-Spam" folder into the "Spam" folder.
