2.1 Cannot Send But Can Receive Email
Some ISPs block access to port 25 (the standard email port for sending emails) to prevent customers using other email servers.
Simply change the outgoing SMTP port from 25 to 9000 in your email software settings. It is highly unlike they will block port 9000.
If the ISP even block port 9000 (that is you still cannot send after changing from 25 to 9000) then use our Web Mail instead.

To access Group Email, click on Text->Group Email.
The oztralia.com mailbox is no longer offered to new customers. All users will have access to the new and more powerful "Group Contacts". To start using it, click on the Group Contacts button then Start Web Interface.
