Net2MAX is one of the few Certificate Authority (CA) in the world to allow customers to create and invoke their own certificates at any time. This substantially reduce cost for performing the most common operations.

However, your certificate is an important (although not the only) way of identification, so ANY exception to the normal operation procedures, will required human effort in determining whether those exceptions are acceptable. These human effort may be charged to you by your Community Operator or your Ecosystem Operator.

3 Community Operator Charges

For example, you lost your laptop or memory stick with your private key in it. You want to revoke your certificate but for some reason you cannot do so. Your community operator may perform that action for you.

4 Ecosystem Operator Charges

For example, if you lost you private key AND you forgot to back it up in a secure place that you have access to, then the Ecosystem Operator (not Community Operator) have to get involve to perform extensive verification to ensure that you can be issued with a new certificate.
