1 Introduction

Central place for the user's personal, password and other security details.

2 Member Details

This is the place to view or modify the user's personal details, such as the address, phone numbers, email address etc.

3 Child Registration Number

WARNING: When you issue Child Registration Numbers to people, EITHER to register new 1CC accounts OR to change over from old accounts to 1CC accounts, you are responsible for their actions in using those accounts.

3.1 Generating Child Registration Number

The Child Registration Numbers can be generated for TWO main purpose:

1. Temporary Usage

You can issue a TEMPORARY Child Registration Number to "help out" a friend or a customer.

Say they do NOT have their phone with them, so they cannot register their phone number by ringing in. If they need the 1CC account urgently and you can trust them, you can let them use your registered number temporarily (by giving them a child registered number that you generate yourself) - so they can use it to get an 1CC account to use for a short time.

They MUST ring in and verify their phone number later and make THEIR phone number their Registered Number. You Child Registered Number is thus REPLACED.

2. Permanent Usage

You can issue a PERMANENT Child Registration Number to people who operate the 1CC account on behalf of you.

Say your children or your employee, so they do NOT have to use their own phone numbers as their registered number. This can of course be yourself, when you need an extra SIP number or email address or blog or online shop or video channel ... whatever.

3.2 Using Child Registration Number

After you have generated the child registration number (and its associated password) there are THREE basic ways of using it:

1. For others to apply for new 1CC account

For people who want NEW Net2MAX accounts. You can give the child registration number and password out, so people can go to http://net2max.com and put that number in as the "Destination Number". They will be presented with a registration form and after they have filled it in details like name, address, phone number, email etc. etc., their 1CC account will then be created and an 1CC password returned to them.

2. For others to migrate from old to 1CC account

For members with OLD Net2MAX accounts (basic, integrated etc.). You can give the child registration number and password out, so people can login to http://net2max.com and go to Payment -> Migrate to 1CC Service and enter them there. Afterwards their account will be migrated over to 1CC account.

3. For you to apply for new 1CC account

For you to create another account for yourself. For each of the UN-ASSIGNED registered number you have created on the Registered Number page, you can click on the [Create Account] button to create an NEW 1CC account, using your existing details. You can use this 1CC account for yourself (like for the extra phone you have in the house etc.)

7 IP Alert

Another world's first from Net2MAX, this IP alert feature allows you to define the IP addresses from which you used to access Net2MAX resources (like web sites and VoIP servers).

There are numerous ways where your passwords can be exposed, from being stored as cleared text in your email to being spied upon by keyboard loggers.

Alert based on your IP address protects you from people pretending to be you in order to access web sites or make and receive phone calls.

This is particularly useful in VoIP (where there is no physical cable pinning your phone down to a specific location). With the right password, anyone on the Internet can not only make phone calls at your expense but also receiving phone calls destined for you (identity theft).

Net2MAX's IP Alert allows you to PIN DOWN which IP address your computer and your phones should be, preventing people from pretending to be you from other IP addresses.

7.1 IP Alert Usage

You can set up your IP Alerts from within www.oztralia.com

www.oztralia.com -> Manage -> Security Manager -> IP Alert

"Web IP Alert" applies to member logging in to web sites, while "VoIP IP Alert" applies to member calling using VoIP servers.

If you make calls from a different IP address to the one you defined, it will send you an email warning.

Depending on the originaton and destination of the call, it could take a few minutes for the system to run through the alert process. The alert email will normally be sent within 5-10 minutes of a web login event or a VoIP call event using a different IP address to the one you specified, although the time taken could be longer or shorter on a case by case basis.

7.2 Partial IP Address

If you do not have a fixed IP address, then the Partial IP Address Support will allow you to detect based on just the front part of your IP address.

You can put in either your full IP address (e.g. 123.123.123.123) or your partial IP address e.g. (12 or 123 or 123. or 123.12 or 123.123.123. etc.)

The system will match (thus will NOT send out any alert) as long as whatever you have specified as your IP Alert address matches the front part of the IP address you are using for web or VoIP.

We expect to allow you define more that one full or partial IP address in the future.

7.3 Recent IP Address List

In order to help you discover what IP addresses you have been using in the past, your recent IP addresses (from past 7 days) will be listed on the IP Alert page.

We expect to allow you to look pass more that 7 days back in the future.

7.4 Location Lookup

To help you quickly spot problems (especially when you are travelling), the system automatically do a realtime look up and show you which country the IP addresses on your recent IP address list are from.

We expect to have city based (instead of country based) look up in the future.
